Our Story

Like most success stories, it all started as a passion project. Owner and Master Roaster, Pete, is a Mount Gambier local who started out slinging brews at community events such as markets and footy games. Eight years of careful roasting, sharing, loving and perfecting resulted in the bricks and mortar shop front he had always dreamed of. Working alongside the skilled hand of his daughter and chef Mia, the San Piero family has expanded by four and continues to grow. Their values lie strongly in supporting locals wherever possible, knowing their customers by name, and providing exceptional coffee every time.

San Piero coffee is the best. Our home is never without their Guji beans. So shiny, rich and delicious! I've got my friends and family in Adelaide hooked. I didn't know my love for iced coffees until I tried San Piero's cold drip. It is very rare for me to actually buy a hot coffee these days. I also love that I can buy cold drip bottles to have at home.

I have found San Piero to be the best tasting coffee that I have tasted in my local area. I would recommend either the Aussie or Colombian roast. Their beans are great for making cold drip coffee as well. I would recommend them to everyone.
